Question 1

How do I cancel a monthly subscription?

Accepted Answer

Open Dashboard, then Billing, then Manage Billing and complete the cancellation in the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Question 2

What happens if I exceed my daily allowance?

Accepted Answer

When your daily allowance is exhausted, the system automatically uses your PayGo credits if available. You can purchase one-time PayGo credits for additional verification work.

Question 3

What are "unknown" results and why are they free?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes email verification returns an "unknown" result due to server timeouts or other technical issues. Since these don't provide definitive validation, we don't charge credits for them.

Question 4

Do PayGo credits expire?

Accepted Answer

PayGo credits currently do not expire while your account remains open and Peopledat continues to operate the service.

Question 5

Accepted Answer
